Lenyuktha Chetty
- Blue Route, Western Cape
Lenyuktha Chetty is a graduate of the University of Pretoria (2007). She also holds an Executive Masters of Business Administration (2020) from Quantic School of Business and Technology, Washington DC.
As a Senior Officer in the South African National Defence Force, she has over 14 years of experience as a Speech Therapist and Audiologist and has also served as a clinical educator for the Department of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences, Division of Communication Sciences and Disorders at the University of Cape Town, training students of Audiology in diagnostic hearing testing, aural rehabilitation and amplification device selection and fitting.
Her passion for delivering affordable hearing health care to the people of South Africa, has resulted in her service on various provincial and national professional forums and organisations aimed at improving clinical service delivery to people affected by hearing, speech, and language disorders.
Tara Kuhn
- Blue Route, Western Cape
Ms. Tara Kuhn has worked as an audiologist/speech therapist for 20 years, building experience across a range of clinical settings, community projects, and service delivery models. As an Audiology clinical educator at UCT, she has collaborated on various local, national, and international projects around hearing loss, education, community-based rehabilitation, and Deaf empowerment. Tara is passionate about developing children and families, has a strong interest in human rights, and is a wife and mom to two young adults.
Refiloe Mochaoa-Mapaya
- Rosebank, Gauteng
Mrs Refiloe Mochaoa-Mapaya is an Audiology graduate from the University of Pretoria. She has extensive experience in diagnosing and managing hearing difficulties in adults and children. She has subsequently worked in public health and slowly building her portfolio as an advocate for hearing health in children and independent use of hearing aids (aural rehabilitation) in the elderly.
Keitumetse Komati
- Dainfern Square, Gauteng
My name is Keitumetse Komati. I’m a dual-qualified speech-language pathologist and audiologist. I graduated from Wits University in 2015 and completed my community service in Standerton, MP. I have been working in state from then until recently, when I decided to go into private practice full-time. I started my practice in 2019 and joined the Hearing Works group full-time in June 2024. My special interests are diagnostic assessments and implantable hearing assistive devices. I also enjoy painting, watching reality TV shows and road trips. I’m currently based at Dainfern Hearing Works, where I work with a wonderful team of medical professionals.
