- This offer is valid from 1st of April 2023 – 30th of April 2023
- This offer is only redeemable for clients who onboard or pay for any of the services rendered or products offered by Hearing Works.
- Each paying client is eligible for one draw of a mystery egg in selected Hearing Works branches.
- It is the patient’s responsibility to ensure that appointment and contact to redeem their prize if won, is done within the timeframe allocated.
- Only one entry/draw will be accepted per paying client.
- If unlucky and no prize was drawn, the client can draw again when purchasing another service or product from Hearing Works.
- Prize winners must claim their prize within 28 days of the draw.
- Prizes can’t be exchanged for alternative prizes or cash.
- Prizes can’t be used in conjunction with any other promotion currently being run within Hearing Works.
- Patients shall only be entitled to the services under the product or service they have drawn.
- Should the patient require additional services, this shall be a separate transaction between the patient and the Hearing Works branch/partner that may include additional cost which shall be for the patient’s own account.
- Each store is owned and operated by an independent Hearing Care Professional.
