- Trials are free and limited to a 1-week period
- Hearing aids must be returned in a useable condition
- You will be liable for damages
- You will be charged a non-refundable moulding fee if an in-canal aid is trialled
- No claims to medical aids are processed until your trial is complete and a solution agreed upon with your hearing care professional
- Each Hearing Works store is owned and operated by an independent hearing care professional.
