- This promotion is being run by Hearing Works (Pty) Ltd
- The promoter reserves the right to end or amend this promotion at any time.
- The promoter also reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value to that advertised.
- To receive a preventative hearing loss hamper, users must visit the new Hearing Works website [https://www.hearing-works.co.za/] at any time after [08:00] on [3 March] and complete the customer database sign-up form on the homepage.
- 5 winners will be selected at random.
- No responsibility will be accepted by the promoter for connectivity issues, system errors or delays, howsoever caused.
- No cash alternative will be offered.
- Hampers must be collected at the nearest Hearing Works store
- The judges’ decisions in each case will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Hamper winners agree to their names and/or likenesses being published on the promoter’s social media channels in conjunction with this promotion.
- Only prize winners will be contacted by Hearing Works.
- The promoter’s standard terms and conditions also apply.
